1. Overview

RE Agent Auto, operated by 298 W Property Solutions LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operates the reagentauto.com website and application. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. By using RE Agent Auto, you agree to the terms of this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Account information

When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials via Clerk (our identity provider). We do not store passwords directly — authentication is managed by Clerk. When you accept our Terms of Service at sign-up, we record the Terms version you accepted, the date and time of acceptance, your account email, and technical information about the acceptance (IP address and browser user agent) so we can demonstrate what you agreed to.

Agent settings

Your agent profile (name, license number, brokerage, phone, email) is stored on our servers (in Upstash Redis) so it follows you across devices, and is cached in your browser for speed. It is used only to populate your contracts. If you applied for access before signing up, your profile is initially seeded from your application details.

Voice recordings and contract data

Audio recordings you submit are sent to Groq (and, as a fallback, OpenAI) for speech-to-text transcription, and to Anthropic Claude for field extraction. This processing occurs in-memory and is not stored on our servers after the response is returned. We do not retain transcripts or extracted contract data beyond your active session.

Application details

If you apply for access, we store the details you submit on the application form (name, email, license number, brokerage, approximate listing volume, and the tool you currently use) along with an email-delivery reference, and we note when you convert to an account.

Usage data

We track the number of contracts generated per account (used for free-tier limits). We may collect aggregate usage analytics to improve the service. We do not sell usage data to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

RE Agent Auto uses the following third-party services:

  • Clerk — User authentication and identity management
  • Groq — Audio transcription via Whisper Large V3 Turbo (data sent to Groq per their privacy policy)
  • OpenAI — Audio transcription fallback (data sent to OpenAI per their privacy policy)
  • Anthropic Claude — AI field extraction (data sent to Anthropic per their privacy policy)
  • Stripe — Payment processing (we never see or store your payment card details)
  • Upstash Redis — Storage of subscription status, usage count, agent profile settings, application details, and Terms-acceptance records
  • Vercel — Hosting and infrastructure
  • Resend — Transactional email delivery (application and account emails)
  • ATTOM Data — County property-records lookup (this feature is currently disabled; if it is re-enabled, the property address you look up is sent to ATTOM)

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

4. How We Use Your Information

  • To authenticate your account and manage your session
  • To process voice recordings into contract fields
  • To track free-tier usage limits and enforce subscription status
  • To process subscription payments via Stripe
  • To respond to support requests

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Chrome Extension

The “RE Agent Auto — Contract Autofill” Chrome extension requests the following permissions:

  • storage — stores queued CTME form-fill data in chrome.storage.local on your device only. This data never leaves your browser and expires automatically after 7 days.
  • Host access to reagentauto.com — reads queued contract data from the RE Agent Auto app to relay to the extension's CTME fill logic.
  • Host access to ctmecontracts.com — detects the supported CTME contract forms (listing, buyer, and purchase contracts) and injects field values when you click “Fill Form.”

The extension does not read any other websites, does not track your browsing history, and does not transmit any data to external servers. All form-fill operations happen entirely within your browser.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. Contract data (seller names, addresses, financial terms) is processed in-memory and not persisted to disk or database. Subscription status is stored in Upstash Redis with restricted access credentials.

7. Data Retention

Account information, agent profile settings, and Terms-acceptance records are retained as long as your account is active, and thereafter only as needed for legal and billing records. Subscription and usage data is retained for billing purposes. Voice recordings and extracted contract data are not retained on our servers beyond the active processing session (our speech-to-text providers may retain audio for a limited period for abuse monitoring under their own terms). On account closure, we delete or de-identify your stored account data within 30 days, except data we must retain by law. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at the email below.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at joshua@joshuawei.com. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
